Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
